  Lest We Forget

  Commencement of installation of poppies.
  
  Deb Wickwire will begin installing ceramic poppies to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Beaumont Hamel, the costly WWI battle which saw the Newfoundland Regiment suffer huge casualties
  
  Deb has created a large number of these poppies to be placed at the War Memorial in English Harbour to honour the sacrifice of those who fought in what has come to be recognized as a defining moment in the history of Newfoundland and Labrador.
