Residencies

Throughout the year the EHAC hosts self-directed and thematic residencies for artists of all disciplines. Applications are reviewed by a selection committee on an ongoing basis. Preference will be given to projects that address issues and themes related to the natural environment and/or English Harbour’s cultural heritage. Residency fees vary, depending on the nature of a given project. Please note that artists participating in our residency program will be asked to participate in some form of Community Outreach.

The Arts Centre will host 2 residencies this year, each for two weeks beginning in early July. Some residencies include housing depending on length and dates requested and price varies. Artists are encouraged to contact the centre (Deb Wickwire at jwick911@yahoo.com) directly for specifics. Take a look at our list of equipment available in the lab.
